Oozo lives? Oozo is dead is more like it?

Yes, where have I been?

I've been trolling Gameriot when I get bored for the most part I suppose. I'll have to admit that Blizzard has defeated me. All of my friends (guildmates) now have families with children, or children on the way, or are engaged. What this means is that they don't even have the time to grind the BG honor gear to reach a competitve arena level. (They need to get their priorities straight, IMHO)

I'm stubborn, I suppose. I either do it alone, do it with friends, or don't do it at all. I've had some people from PvP guilds on Medivh ask if I wanted to get higher rating with them, but I declined as politely as I could. I hope the people who I brushed off aren't insulted as it wasn't because of them (they are good people, but I haven't known them for over 5 years). I just would not feel right leaving my friends behind. I can't do it.

It's funny how arena players will say that 1v1 doesn't matter, but on the other hand point to their arena score as an indicator of individual skill. In WoW, you can have your cake and eat it to. Of course, I run across a few 2200+ rated players in the BG every once in awhile. Sometimes, they just totally suck ass and that pisses me off more than anything. It drains my will to play, but what else is there?

I knew AoC was going to be a flop. The things they promised. The fact that they never lifted the NDA on anything past the starter city (which was nice, I'll admit... when the client wasn't crashing). AoC has been released about a year too early.

Once you hit your ceiling in WoW, there is only one thing to do... roll an alt. This time I chose a hunter. I chose the hunter because so few hunters seem to take advantage of some of the very nice abilities given to them. I speak, of course, in an open or BG enviroment.

Here is his movie which I released recently.

The Huntard Files

My time in WoW is winding down. There are a few things that I want to tie up before I go however. I'll keep anyone who happens to be reading informed here. Hopefully, I will be able to fully revive the blog when the Warhammer NDA is lifted.

Love the way you go in and out of melee.

As any movie you released, i watched this one about 5 times before forming an opinion.

First and foremost I'd like to say that 99% of all hunter movies i saw were boring as hell. Usually crits from a range, stuff like that. Guess that's why i prefer mage and rogue movies.

Your movie it's the exception from the rule. It rocked from start to finish, from the owning of a vengeful emo rogue to 1vN and from the song hummed in SW to the dialogue with Grimshank and all. It's the best hunter movie I've seen, and when i say best, i mean best in gameplay, fun factor, music etc. Honestly, there is nothing to criticize about the movie, nothing to be added or removed. Well, maybe one thing, I'd wish it would've been some 2 hours longer.

Then again, I'm an Oozo fanboi, but I always respected you and your work, and 'lo and behold, you done it again, the underdog with crappy gear beating the hell out of people. I looked at your armory page and i chuckled when i saw how few enchants you got there, and still wearing some blue and green items. What can I say, another show of skill that entertained me to the max.

One thing i didn't understand tho, was the final message of the movie, about Blizzard's flaming corpse. Do you hate them ? Why, because of the way pvp is all about gear and class setup nowadays ? I agree with that, but there's always the isle of quel'danas for pure fun. WotLK is also knocking on the door, and i bet 98% of all specs and class setups will go down the drain, along with the gear they got in some stupid arenas.

There will be 10 more fun levels in WoW, and perhaps a couple of months after lvl 80 as well. I can put up with what pvp has become for that.
